  2. Basic Plan comes with chat/email only support, phone support costs extra $5/15min block
  3. Support hours are Mon-Fri 9.30am to 5pm (EST), excluding public holidays
  4. Weekend and after hours support is charged at $99/Hour
  5. Payment Term – Direct Debit in advance, month on month. Account gets suspended after 3 missed payments
  6. Direct debit dishonour fee of $9.99 will be added next month to cover reprocessing/administration costs due to late payment
  7. Encryption key recovery $99, payment is required in advance
  8. Monthly Cancellation cut-off is 27th of every calendar month
  9. No fractional credit for mid-month/mid-term (annual plan) cancellation due to change of mind
  10. For large back up, Data seeding costs $125. Customer may ship hard drive or USB directly to our Datacentre. Loan hard drive requires refundable $200 deposit
