- Monthly Cancellation cut-off is 27th of every calendar month
- No fractional credit for mid-month/mid-term (annual plan) cancellation due to change of mind
- For large backup, Data seeding costs $55. Customer needs to ship hard drives to our Melbourne DC and responsible for return postage. Loan hard drive requires refundable $200 deposit
