- Weekend and after hours support is charged at $22.5 per 15 minute block
- Payment Term – Direct Debit in advance, month on month. Account gets suspended after 2 missed payments, and data gets deleted after 3 months.
- Direct debit dishonour fee of $9.99 will be added next month to cover reprocessing/administration costs due to late payment
- Encryption key recovery $99, payment is required in advance
- Monthly Cancellation cut-off is 27th of every calendar month
- No fractional credit for mid-month/mid-term (annual plan) cancellation due to change of mind
- For large backup, Data seeding costs $55. Customer needs to ship hard drives to our Melbourne DC and responsible for return postage. Loan hard drive for Data seeding requires refundable $200 deposit
